Meet Jasmine

I am a mother of three teens, author, artist, energy juggler, animal lover, bookworm, travel junkie, optimist, “Querdenker”, gipsy and a creator whose passion is to empower people to step into their authentic self.

Working in homes with handicapped children and becoming a Craniosacral therapist were the first steps in the right direction. Deep healing could take place within myself and it inspired me to go deeper and deeper. We are on this earth to learn and be the creators of our lives. When we act from our heart, are present, authentic and filled with gratitude, we are guided.

My path has been an odyssey, one dedicated to empowering others to find their energetic equilibrium. I understand the strength it takes to listen to one's body and intuition, especially in the face of opposition. My experience with personal traumas and ancestral wounds has deepened my understanding of these journeys.

Living a high vibrational lifestyle is not just a belief for me; it's a practice I embody daily. I have healed various symptoms within myself, navigated the challenges and joys of three pregnancies, and spent many years working with handicapped children. My commitment extends beyond personal experience; I have supported hundreds of human beings and pets, both in my practice and remotely, throughout my career.
